General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the business relationship between the customer and GraphixLab with regard to all services and products offered.
Conclusion of contract
The contract between the customer and GraphixLab shall be concluded upon acceptance of an offer by the customer. Acceptance may be in writing, verbal or tacit.
Services
GraphixLab shall provide services to the best of its knowledge and belief and in accordance with the agreed specifications. Changes or additions to the services shall require the written consent of both parties.
Prices and terms of payment
The prices for GraphixLab's services and products shall be set out in the applicable price list or in an individual quotation. Payments shall be made within the agreed deadlines without deductions.
Liability
GraphixLab shall only be liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. Liability for consequential damage or loss of profit is excluded.
Data protection
GraphixLab undertakes to comply with data protection regulations and to treat customers' personal data confidentially. The data will only be used for the purposes of business transactions.
